Clinical Trainer
Covering the South West and South Coast
Fixed term contract until 1st January 2027
£38,000 - £40,000 per annum
Healthcare Homes Group are recruiting for a Clinical Trainer to join our Learning and Development team. Working remotely you will be delivering inductions and face to face training to our new and existing nurses across Healthcare Homes. The role will cover our homes across Bristol, Dorset, Hampshire, Sussex and Kent.
Working as part of our training team, you will be responsible for delivering face to face clinical skills training including wound care, dysphagia and falls management whilst also supporting overseas nurses with their OSCE training and support with our Advanced Healthcare Practitioner course.
Previous experience as a trainer is not required as support and training will be provided however a background, experience and qualification as an RGN, with a valid PIN, is essential. As our induction training is held virtually you will need to have good computer skills including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
Due to the nature of the role you will be required to travel to various locations so access to your own transport is essential and ideally you will live in or within close proximity to the area.
