Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Field Team Manager to join our dynamic team. The Field Team Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating field operations, ensuring that our projects are executed with precision and that our clients receive top-notch services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage field teams, allocate work and ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Allocate resources efficiently to meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure the completion of daily team planification.
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork among field staff.
- Collaborate closely with delivery managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Act as a point of contact for field-related queries and issues.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
- Support field team members and provide guidance.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Must hold valid street works supervisor ticket.
- Proven background of 2 years or more working in civils.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Teams etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of telecom infrastructure and field operations is a plus.
- Experience using tools and software such as Depotnet is desirable.

Pay: £180.00-£200.00 per day
