Play Café Supervisor
Location: Renfrew
We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Supervisor to help lead our friendly café team in a busy, family-focused environment. You’ll support daily operations, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure a safe, welcoming space for both children and adults.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day running of the café and play areas
- Lead and support team members during shifts
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to hygiene standards
- Handle cashing up, stock management, and opening/closing duties
Requirements:
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Calm under pressure, with a positive, can-do attitude
- Flexible and reliable, with availability for weekends and peak times
