W3 Construction are currently recruiting for a Ganger/Supervisor for nationwide works.
You will be the lead of a 2-3 man gang.
Duties will include:
- Managing workforce and putting operatives to work
- Hands on with site duties and getting involved
- Ensure work is finished to a high quality
- Ensure correct health and safety procedures are followed
- Ordering materials
- Liaising with the operations office
Candidates must have the following to be considered for the role:
- a valid CSCS Card
- SSSTS/SMSTS
- Driving Licence
- Plant competencies
Please note that the successful candidate will have to pass a D&A test at induction and periodically.
