As C&B Supervisor, you'll take the lead in delivering professional, well-coordinated events from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate C&B team during events and set-up
• Ensure all spaces are prepared according to event specifications
• Communicate clearly with kitchen and event organisers
• Train, support, and motivate team members
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction during functions
• Troubleshoot issues and respond to guest requests
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation
• Oversee inventory of event equipment and supplies
• Contribute to post-event feedback and improvement planning
