We are currently seeking a Café Supervisor for our small café located in Nether Edge. The ideal candidate must possess experience in various areas including barista skills, customer service, cash handling, and simple food preparation.
The Café Supervisor should be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a small team to foster a warm and inviting atmosphere within the community.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Supervising the day-to-day operations during business hours.
- Performing opening and closing duties.
- Managing and guiding staff members.
- Upholding high standards of customer service.
- Handling inventory and stock control.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols.
