Job Summary
Visiting Angels is a homecare provider delivering care in the community.
The position is office based in a homecare setting. You must have experience as a domiciliary care coordinator.
The Care Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that clients receive the highest level of care and support. This position involves coordinating services, managing schedules, and acting as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and have prior office experience to effectively manage administrative tasks while providing support to the Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate care services for clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely manner.
- Manage rotas for care staff and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of client information and care plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care professionals
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as necessary, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.

- Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £15,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
