We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator at Phoenix Traffic Management to join our Kettering team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a background in office administration. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our Traffic Management business, providing support to various departments, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and organisation.
- Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documents using Microsoft Office.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for team members.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Proven office experience with a strong background in administrative roles.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in Traffic Management or Construction related industry preferred but not essential.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £14,196.00-£16,380.00 per year
