About the Role:

You’ll be on the frontlines, helping gym owners grow their businesses by booking qualified appointments for our sales team. This isn’t a dead-end call center job—this is a performance-based opportunity with real earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Make 200–300+ dials/day to warm leads (we provide the list)
- Use our proven script to book 5–10 qualified appointments/day
- Work directly with our sales closers to hand off leads
- Get paid per result, not just for effort
Top performers consistently earn £2,000–£3,000/week
We provide training, support, and leads—you bring the fire. If you're motivated and coachable, £200–£400/day is absolutely within reach.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Speak fluent English
- Are confident on the phone and can handle rejection
- Are self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
- Want freedom over your schedule and uncapped commissions
- Have prior sales or phone experience (preferred but not required)
