Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is vital in identifying and nurturing potential leads to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proficient in both English and Spanish, and have a strong understanding of sales processes. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads, contributing significantly to our overall success.
Duties
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients to generate interest in our products and services.
- Qualify leads through effective questioning and communication techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads using Salesforce or other software tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead conversion.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Skills
- Proficiency in English is essential; Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is beneficial.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm.
