Flexible hours, minimum 14.5 hours / maximum 18 hours per week, between Monday and Friday, including some remote working if preferred. Requirement to work on Tuesday and Thursday as a minimum, but hours can be spread throughout the week.

Introduction to NFU Mutual

NFU Mutual offers a wide range of products and services, including general insurance, life, pensions, and investments and has been providing quality insurance for its customers, for over 110 years.  We carefully balance delivering excellent service to our customers whilst ensuring the business is run effectively.  As a mutual, supporting our customers and paying their claims comes first.  We are a top ten UK insurance company and the UK’s largest rural insurer, with an agency network of over 250 local offices.

About the Agency

As a local agency of NFU Mutual we deliver a first-class service, and sell their product range across our region, to customers old and new, who are at the core of everything we do. We are a business where honesty, integrity, and trust are at the heart of our values. We champion the personal approach to customer service that NFU Mutual are famous for.

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the South West Lancashire Agency.

About the role

We are looking for a new member to help our friendly team here at NFU Mutual South West Lancashire. Known as a Life-Lead Coordinator, you’ll primarily be responsible for booking appointments for our Financial Advisor while building and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Naturally a ‘people person’ with a desire to help others, you’ll love building rapport and will be eloquent, organised, and conscientious. A basic understanding of protection, investments and pensions would be beneficial but not essential.

The successful applicant would be fully supported by our great team but would enjoy the autonomy of managing their own time. The key success will be a full diary of quality appointments for our Financial Advisor, with no cold calling. All leads are existing customers who are familiar with NFU Mutual but who may not be aware of the market-leading financial services we offer.
