Our client is hiring for an experienced B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing team. In this role, you will focus on generating qualified leads and setting appointments for a range of different campaigns through proactive cold calling and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound B2B cold calls to prospective clients
- Qualify leads and secure high-quality appointments for the client.
- Build rapport with potential clients
- Manage and update CRM records with all prospect interactions
- Work to individual KPIs and targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B cold calling and appointment setting
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Confident telephone manner and ability to handle objections
- Experience working to targets in a sales environment
Salary & Benefits:
- £23,000 - £26,000 basic salary (dependent on experience)
- Realistic OTE of £30,000+ with uncapped commission
