Role Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Data Entry / Accounts Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The role involves entering data into our QuickBooks Online accounting system and supporting the team with day-to-day accounts administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Entering invoices, payments, and expenses into QuickBooks Online
- Maintaining accurate and organised financial records
- Assisting with general accounts and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven computer skills and confidence using online systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage workload within the set hours
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is desirable, but training will be provided
