Job Description
Principal Tasks and Responsibilities
ACCOUNTS – Core Sales & Purchase Ledger
- Processing supplier invoices
- Raising monthly client invoices
- Reconcile Monthly Statements/Chasing outstanding invoices
- Running sage/StruMIS reports
- Supplier Management – Creating new supplier accounts/ New supplier credit account applications
- Managing Petty cash
ADMIN
- Front of House/Answering phones/Assisting with telephone queries
- Social Media & Website Management/ On-going development
- Raising new Enquiries/Saving Estimates/Contracts/PO’s
- General Property maintenance
- Company mobiles
- Ordering workwear
- Organising & Processing Workshop timesheets
- Sorting incoming post/deliveries
- Other duties as required by the business needs and within your capabilities.
Job Requirements
Skills, Knowledge & Experience:
- Sage 50 Accounts
- Excellent communication skills
- Work and time management
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Initiative
- Adaptability
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Able to navigate social media content
- Experience in website building a bonus but not essential

Pay: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
