About the role
We’re looking for an organised and detail-focused Vehicle Administrator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks related to vehicle orders and sales, while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities:
- Process all customer orders efficiently using the Electronic Deal File System (IStore Docs).
- Generate accurate vehicle invoices through the Pinnacle system.
- Register vehicles using the manufacturer’s Register A Vehicle (RAV) system.
- Accurately maintain and update spreadsheets and company databases, including the marketing database.
- Handle all general administration tasks such as filing, data entry, emailing managers, and sorting internal mail.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the electronic deal book system.
- Assist in raising warranty policies, service plans, and other related documentation.
- Attend and participate in the mandatory monthly stock check.
- Work closely with the sales teams to maintain strong, collaborative relationships.
