Training Coordinator – Community-Focused Skills & Learning

We’re looking for an empathetic, organised and community-driven Training Coordinator to join our team and help individuals furthest from the labour market unlock new opportunities. In this rewarding role, you’ll work hand in hand with our participants, employers, partners, and local organisations to identify real-world skills gaps—and bring learning to life through accessible training, delivered both online and face-to-face.
What you’ll be doing:
- Engaging with employers and community partners to identify local training needs
- Designing, delivering or commissioning high-quality training for people with multiple barriers to employment
- Tracking progress against multiple funded programmes and contributing to key project outcomes
- Recording data, managing budgets, and ensuring training delivery is both efficient and person-centred Fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment that reflects the diverse strengths and needs of our community
What we’re looking for:
- A strong values base with a real commitment to social inclusion and community development
- Experience in training coordination, adult learning, or employability programmes
- A confident communicator who can build trust and collaborative partnerships
- Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail when it comes to monitoring, evaluation and budget management
- A genuine belief in people’s potential and the creativity to help unlock it
