TRAINING COMPLIANCE & H&S CO-ORDINATOR
SHROPHAM, NR17 1DT
To support the Management Team with the coordination and management to organise the training requirements of all staff within Stuart Power. To collate monthly depot audits and report non-compliance.
Responsible to: Directors, SHEQ coordinator,
Liaising with: Directors, Managers, Depot Managers, HR Department, Outside Training Agencies
Duties/responsibilities
1. Training
- Maintenance and development of Company training matrix.
- Ensure employees qualifications are up to date.
- Identifying training providers and booking courses.
- Conducting company inductions
- Apprentice Coordination/ Liaison, record keeping.
2. In-house procedure, documentation and implementation
- Document internal procedures
- Coordinate depot monthly audits returned by supervisors and report findings
- Coordinate Near-miss reports and report findings
- Coordinate Fire Extinguisher annual checks, all depots
3. Promote teamwork and co-operation at all times, both within individual depots and right across the Stuart Group of companies.
4. Always act in the best interests of any Stuart Group company, and not to carry out (or fail to carry out) any action that would bring the company into disrepute.
5. Always work in a responsible manner to ensure safe working practices. Follow Health and Safety guidelines provided by the company in accordance with ISO accreditations.
6. Carry out any other ad-hoc duties requested by your direct Line Manager or the Management Team.
7. The company reserves the right to require you to work at a different location to meet the operational needs of the business

9. General H&S Admin.

- Monday to Friday – Hours to be discussed at interview

Experience:
- Training / H&S 1 year (preferred)
