Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and display a variety of meats, ensuring high quality and presentation standards.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butchery area and equipment.
- Manage inventory and assist with stock control to ensure availability of products.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a butcher with extensive knowledge of meat cuts and preparation techniques.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, as required, including weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential.
Excellent rates of pay available, based on experience.
