CFS care are committed to supporting young people throughout their journey's whether that be in children's homes, fostering or leaving care. We are looking to recruit support staff to join our CFS Family.
Role overview:
· Working with other professional
· Promoting, supporting, and empowering children and young people to engage in education, training, and employment.
· Embed a therapeutic environment
· Develop trusting relationships that promote growth, recovery and lasting change
About you
Do you have a can-do attitude, are you passionate and resilient and committed to supporting children and young people to ensure positive outcomes.
You will need to be adaptable, flexible, and work as part of a team to ensure that our values are delivered.
Must have:
· Ability to work with young people
· Excellent communication skill
· Flexible approach to work
· Be able to work on shift/rota basis
· Willingness to learn and develop
· Ability to positively engage with the young people

Experience:
- Residential Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
- Support Environment: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- NVQ Level 3 children and young people (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
