We are a dedicated and nurturing children’s residential home based in the LE10 area of Leicester. Our home provides a safe, stable, and supportive environment for children and young people aged 8–17 who have experienced trauma, neglect, or emotional and behavioral challenges.

Role Overview
As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in the daily care and development of the young people in our home. You will be part of a supportive and experienced team, helping to create a nurturing, structured environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Building positive relationships with young people based on trust and consistency
- Supporting the daily routines, including education, activities, meals, and personal care
- Managing challenging behaviors in a calm and professional manner
- Contributing to care plans and attending regular team meetings
- Ensuring the home environment is safe, clean, and welcoming
- Keeping accurate records and reports in line with Ofsted regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working with children or young people in a residential or similar setting
- A compassionate, resilient, and patient approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A willingness to work on a shift basis, including evenings and weekends
- A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or a willingness to work towards it)
- A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
