Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Reservation Center Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and support as they make reservations and inquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and deliver outstanding guest services will be key to ensuring a memorable experience for all clients. Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations, services, and amenities.
- Assist guests in making reservations, modifications, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and special offers to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a professional phone etiquette while ensuring a friendly and welcoming tone.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication regarding guest needs and preferences.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, striving for resolution.
- Keep accurate records of reservations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel policies.
Experience
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Strong phone etiquette with excellent verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with hotel operations and reservation systems is an advantage.
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional guest services and creating positive experiences.
We work on a shift pattern. You will be required to work 30 hours per week. Shifts are Monday - Sunday, 8am - 3pm and 3pm - 6pm.
