The role
We are seeking a People Technology Lead to drive the evolution of our People systems. With a new ATS in place and foundational HRIS work complete, you will lead the execution of our People Tech roadmap, balancing enhancements with larger initiatives like system integrations and new module rollouts.
This role is both deeply technical and strategically accountable. You will ensure systems and processes are well aligned and mutually reinforcing, leading on system design, adoption, and continuous evaluation of how our tech stack supports our people strategy. You will also manage vendor performance, governance and long-term system value.
You will directly manage our System Administrator and partner with CoEs, People Operations, and Technology. You will be supported by a Delivery function for planning, sequencing, and project coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the technical owner of our People systems, with responsibility for architecture, configuration integrity, integrations, and roadmap execution
- Oversee rollout of new modules and features (e.g. LMS), ensuring operational readiness (e.g., UAT, documentation, training)
- Stay current on People Tech trends and make recommendations to improve tools and processes
- Work with the Delivery function to support project planning
- Support adoption and tech enablement across the People team
- Manage the strategic vendor relationships, including roadmaps, escalations, ensuring performance against SLAs, timely contract renewals and payments, and procurement/legal processes (e.g. data privacy assessments, security reviews, internal business approvals)
- Maintain governance frameworks, including audit cadences, InfoSec requirements, access reviews, and change controls
- Monitor system usage, adoption, and integrity, ensuring transparent documentation
- Collaborate with IT, Finance and the wider People Team to align system functionality with end-to-end employee lifecycle needs
Who you are
- Proven success in a senior People Tech / HRIS role in a global, matrixed organisation
- Deep hands-on expertise in HRIS platforms (HiBob strongly preferred), including configuration, integrations, reporting and workflows
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and cross-functional projects (e.g., compensation and talent modules, workforce planning)
- Experience assessing, selecting or implementing other people platforms, such as LMS; able to clearly articulate the strengths and trade-offs of different solutions
- Ability to evaluate and align systems and processes to ensure optimal user experience, efficiency and scalability
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; a working understanding of Tableau and data architecture is a plus
- Understanding of GDPR, data privacy considerations, governance and audit requirements
- Comfortable owning vendor relationships and navigating legal/procurement processes
- Confident communicator, able to articulate technical concepts in a simple, engaging way to non-technical audiences
- A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity.
Our enterprise capabilities below should be part of your skillset:
- Energy and resilience
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Customer focus
- Commitment and excellence
