- Answering all telephone calls and being the first port of call for the business.
- Dealing with all emails and other enquiries in a timely manner.
- Raising quotes and invoicing customers promptly.
- Ordering parts for jobs as requested.
- Ensure all accepted quotes from customers are actioned.
- Dealing with all incoming customer queries.
- Checking Social Media, including Facebook, Google Business and tagging Waterworx on all Social Media channels and responding to enquiries.
- Schedule engineer jobs on Tradify when customers call in to book work.
- Creating quotes for customers.
- Taking initial customer enquiries in line with the agreed process, escalating as appropriate to the Directors.
- Booking jobs on Tradify, our CRM system.
- Reviewing and improving processes - we encourage you to share any ideas you may have.
- Returning calls in a timely manner.
- Assisting with generating revenue at all available opportunities, including such things as unaccepted quotes to maximise sales, making calls to customers and prospective agencies etc.
- Promote the company in a positive manner and be an advocate for Waterworx.
- Assisting with other admin duties such as invoicing, chasing up payments and ordering parts for engineers.
- Carrying out courtesy emails once a job is complete on that day.
- Assist as required with duties aligned to those for Waterworx.
- Any other reasonable duties as specified by the company.

Answering customer calls, queries and emails.
Ensuring engineer jobs are accurately scheduled on Tradify in the correct geographical area in order to maximise work time and reduce travelling for engineers when taking the initial call.

- Industry experience would be advantageous although not compulsory as full training will be given.
