We are seeking a meticulous, organised and confident Administrator to join our team. This job would suit a more mature person who has life experience and experience of working in several different roles.
We are a medical Podiatry practice, and the ideal candidate will have experience within a similar role in the medical field, such as dentistry, health clinic, physiotherapy or osteo clinic.
You are confident with speaking with patients, making bookings over the phone and calling potential patients who have shown interent in the services we provide.
You will need to have an interest in medical treatments and health and wellness.

Duties:
-Report to the managing director of business performance within the business as you have will access to all the financial details
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails with professionalism
-Be able to work with several software platforms
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Type correspondence and reports as needed, as well as create copy for marketing purposes
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Computerise records and maintain electronic filing systems
- Provide clerical support to the team, and support clinicians in their roles
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role in a medical practice
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in using Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications would be great, but not essential
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: £28,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
