About Us
Melody Maison is a growing and dynamic home interiors business, known for our high-quality products and excellent customer service. We’re looking for a motivated and organised Logistics Coordinator to join our team at our Harworth site.
The Role
This is a hands-on role coordinating the day-to-day operations of our delivery service. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our fleet and drivers operate efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of 3–5 drivers and second men
- Oversee and maintain a fleet of 4–5 Sprinter and Luton vans
- Plan efficient delivery routes to maximise productivity
- Manage staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
- Carry out other logistics-related administrative tasks
- (Optional) Additional driving duties to make the role full-time
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in logistics coordination or transport management
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of route planning and vehicle management
- A full UK driving licence (required)
- Flexibility to take on driving duties as needed
- Hours will vary from 6am - 5pm monday to Friday with some weekend tasks sometimes being requires (can be discussed)
