Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional with a passion for customer service and supply chain coordination? We are looking for a Logistics Administrator – Expediting to join our team in Brighton. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end expediting process to ensure timely delivery of customer orders while maintaining exceptional service standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and monitor customer orders from receipt to packing list delivery
  • Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and customers to resolve any issues
  • Track shipments and maintain up-to-date order status
  • Communicate proactively with customers about order progress and delivery timelines
  • Analyse delays and backorders to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and purchase order processing

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong background in customer service – logistics experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Able to work well under pressure and collaborate effectively with different teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and logistics tracking tools is desirable
