We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Utilise telemarketing techniques to reach out to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update the lead database using a CRM System.
- Communicate effectively with leads, providing them with information about our products and services.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining their potential as clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
- Track and report on lead generation activities, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales or lead generation roles.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
