Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Junior Customer Engagement Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing customer interactions, supporting marketing initiatives, and ensuring high levels of engagement across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and deliver positive experiences.
- Assist in the planning and execution of customer engagement campaigns.
- Collect feedback from customers to help refine strategies and improve results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and communication.
- Support customer relationship management and retention activities.
- Perform administrative and reporting tasks related to engagement efforts.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for customer engagement and marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer engagement, marketing, or customer service is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided.
