The Role
As a Junior Customer Service Brand Representative, you will be the face of our client brands, ensuring customers receive excellent service while promoting products and services. This is a people-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, representing brands, and building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands across various marketing channels (events, retail, residential, or B2B)
- Engage with customers, providing product information and answering enquiries
- Deliver excellent customer service to create a positive brand experience
- Support the setup and execution of marketing campaigns
- Promote products and services in line with brand guidelines
- Record customer feedback and share insights with the marketing team
- Meet individual and team performance targets

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Willingness to learn about different brands and campaigns
- Previous experience in customer service, promotions, or marketing is an advantage but not essential
