Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Call Centre Outbound Sales Operator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, introducing them to our clients’ products and services, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Present and explain offerings in a clear, confident, and persuasive manner.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales and call targets.
- Record customer information and feedback accurately.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and sales teams to achieve campaign goals.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven.
- Ability to handle objections and remain resilient in a sales environment.
- Organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in outbound sales, call centre, or marketing is an advantage, but not essential – full training will be provided.
