Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Call Centre Outbound Sales Associate to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals eager to gain experience in sales and marketing while developing their communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote client products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to generate sales.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent client brands in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise campaign strategies and improve results.
Requirements
