Role Overview:
As a Junior Call Centre Sales Assistant, you will engage with customers over the phone to promote products, services, and campaigns for our clients. You’ll focus on building rapport, generating interest, and supporting the sales process, while delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls to promote and sell products or services.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Accurately log customer information, leads, and sales activity in the CRM.
- Follow up on warm leads and customer enquiries.
- Represent the company and our clients in a professional and positive manner.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
- Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- No experience necessary – full training provided.
