Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, promoting client brands with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Provide information about products and services while building strong customer relationships.
- Represent client brands confidently, delivering consistent and positive messaging.
- Assist with customer enquiries, offering support and ensuring satisfaction.
- Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
- Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to achieve campaign goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage calls effectively and maintain professionalism under pressure.

- No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
