HR Recruiter – Growth & People Partnering

At Clifton Trade Bathrooms, we’re growing fast – and we need a proactive HR Recruiter to help us build strong, capable teams that can grow with us.
This is not your typical in-house recruitment role. You’ll be right at the heart of our expansion plans – partnering with managers to shape teams, attract top talent, and support branches with people challenges along the way. If you enjoy balancing high-volume recruitment with hands-on people support, this could be the role for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead recruitment for new branch openings and existing sites, focusing on telesales, warehouse, and branch manager roles.
- Coach and support hiring managers to run brilliant interviews and make great hiring decisions.
- Run end-to-end recruitment campaigns – from writing adverts to onboarding.
- Spot trends in recruitment data and suggest new ways to attract the right people.
- Provide basic ER support (e.g. absence, disciplinaries, performance) with guidance from the People Team.
- Be a visible, trusted partner across our branches, regularly travelling to sites to stay connected with what teams need.
You’ll need:
- Proven experience in fast-paced recruitment – ideally in retail, trade, logistics or similar.
- Confidence in working directly with hiring managers to drive recruitment campaigns.
- A good understanding of employee relations processes and comfort handling straightforward cases.
- A growth mindset – someone who’s energised by challenge and change.
- Great people instincts – you’re approachable, fair, and know how to build trust quickly.
