We’re looking for an organised and proactive Finance & Office Administrator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, balancing accounts and finance responsibilities with wider administration and office management. You’ll be a key point of contact for clients while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the business.
Hours - 9am - 3pm (can be flexible)
Your Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Debtor management and client payment chasing
- Invoicing (monthly payroll, ad-hoc, utilities & recharges)
- Managing client direct debits via GoCardless and taking card payments
- Updating systems with new fee data and notifying clients of pricing changes
- Liaising with clients regarding self-assessment rebates
General Administration
- Client onboarding and offboarding
- Handling Companies House filings: confirmation statements, name changes, DS01s, share transfers
- Managing post, scanning, and office supplies
Office & Contract Management
- Managing serviced office agreements with tenants
- Overseeing energy contracts, renewals, and other office service contracts (waste, fire, PHS, etc.)
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident speaking with clients by phone and email
- Highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable handling both finance and admin tasks
