Duties
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and promptly, maintaining up-to-date records
- Provide clerical support including filing, typing, and managing correspondence
- Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to ensure availability of necessary materials
- Support team members with administrative tasks as required, fostering a collaborative work atmosphere
- Check deliveries as they arrive.
