Mitchells of Mansfield Ltd are recruiting for a friendly, helpful and conciencious team member to join their existing Customer Services Team.
The role will include, answering the telephone, helping customers with queries, responding to emails, using I.T. based systems and working within a team. Full training is provided, however the applicant must have experience of dealing with enquiries via the telephone
