Customer Services Administrator

Full-time, 40 hrs per week (Fixed Term 8-month contract).
Medacta UK Ltd is the UK branch of an International Swiss Orthopaedic Organisation manufacturing and distributing orthopaedic implants to medical industries across the World.
A temporary position has arisen within our small but busy team to employ an ambitious, hardworking individual to assist the customer service department. The Customer Services Administrator should have first class communication and organisational skills, excellent IT skills, the ability to work to deadlines under pressure and impeccable attention to detail.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be required to carry out general administrative duties. Some of these tasks include:
· Processing customer sales invoices, credit notes and quotations
· Assist with sales and logistic reporting
· Answering inbound telephone calls and emails
· Booking urgent same day deliveries
· Liaison with couriers
