Do you have a natural talent for communication and enjoy helping people find solutions? We’re looking for a Call Centre Agent to join our team – someone who is confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn a customer call into a positive experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care
- Listening actively to customer needs and providing clear, effective solutions
- Resolving issues quickly while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Accurately recording information and following processes
- Working closely with the team to hit service targets and deliver great results
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A calm, patient approach – even under pressure
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new tools
- Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential
