Responsibilities include; Fabricate and weld products to design drawings, use of range of hand tools to finish job, general housekeeping of work area and daily duties within the workshop to ensure health and safety standards are met. Full training will be given.
Experience in the below is essential.
- MIG welding
- Use of a range of hand tools (grinder, drill etc).
- Reading and working from Engineer’s drawings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proactive approach to work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
The right candidate must be able to meet deadlines and had a good work ethic as well as good time keeping and willing to do overtime if asked.
Hours Monday - Thursday 7am - 4.30pm. Friday 8am - 12 noon. Overtime available.
Overtime paid at time and a half basic hourly rate. 34 days holiday pro rata.
