Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting full-time, permanent Warehouse Administrators to join our team at Harlow (CM19 5TX) ensuring that all things logistics are coordinated on site!
This is full-time, permanent position, you will be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday on either of the following shifts:- 06:00 – 14:30 or 13:30-22:00

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Administration support to colleagues by maintaining records and completing reports
- Ensuring the operation runs as safely and efficiently as possible
- Checking and completing paperwork and compliance tasks both for the operation and the customer
- When required this will include operational work with the Warehouse Colleagues
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written
- Active listening and influencing skills with the ability to deal with challenging issues
- An analytical approach, with a keen eye for detail
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
