Your Role
As a Waking Night Support Worker, you’ll:
- Monitor safety and wellbeing throughout the night
- Provide emotional support if needed
- Complete routine checks and logs
- Help with morning handovers and smooth transitions
- Promote a calm, trauma-informed environment
Shift Pattern:
- Week 1: 3 nights (37.5 hrs)
- Week 2: 4 nights (50 hrs)
- Set rota with consistent hours
