The ADI VPGM of EMEA is responsible for the overall leadership of the European business, reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer based in the US. Our EMEA (International) head quarters is based near Manchester, and the role is United Kingdom based with extensive travel expectations across Europe.
The VPGM has full P&L responsibilities for the region and is responsible for delivering Revenue, Gross Margin, Operating Income, CFFO aligned with annual budget commitments. This includes direct oversight of the sales team while working effectively in a matrixed environment with all functional areas: business development, operations, marketing, e-commerce, finance and human resources.

- Own the overall European P&L to include achieving the annual budget: Revenue, Gross Margin, Operating Income, CFFO.

- Understand how market dynamics and industry trends may affect business needs and align business objectives to leverage these dynamics/trends
- Inspire the team to leverage all aspects of established/new commercial effectiveness programs to ensure desired results in a competitive marketplace.
- Lead cross functional teams of Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR with responsibility of developing and delivering growth strategies and managing the success of the business.
- Attract, develop, and retain talent within the organization through effective performance management, development planning and succession management.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts while ensuring alignment and consistency with functional leaders through a robust business management framework.
- Lead growth initiatives; develop business plans, team member and customer value propositions to support new business opportunities.
- Lead change across the region to ensure commercial effectiveness is aligned with the season of the business.

We Value:
- Extensive experience in distribution, distributor or Retail Experience which leveraged a Hub and Spoke model
- A demonstrable track record leading successful sales or commercial effectiveness teams
- Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to influence peers and team members outside reporting line; effective engagement and credibility with multiple stakeholders including executives, senior customers, industry leaders, and team members
- Strong planning, problem solving, project management, negotiation and decision making skills
