About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will assist with general site duties, delivering materials, including manual handling, site clean-up, and supporting skilled tradespeople as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- General site maintenance and cleanliness
- Loading and unloading materials
- Assisting skilled workers (e.g., carpenters, bricklayers, etc.)
- Following health and safety protocols
- Performing physical tasks in varying weather conditions
- Handling tools and equipment safely and effectively
Requirements:
- Previous labouring or construction experience (preferred but not essential)
- Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Full UK driving license.
