A Tech Heating Ltd was established in 1992, We are certified by Gas Safe, BESA, CHAS and Constructionline. We specialise in commercial/industrial heating and ventilation.
Role responsibilities:
Work as part of the existing estimating and production team to support their daily activities.
You will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient estimates based on tender documents, drawings, models and bills of quantity.
You will be required to carry site surveys so driving licence is mandatory.
You will be involved in material take off (MTO) on ongoing projects and support in preparing applications.
Tenders range from small works to mid-size projects.
Previous 'on the tools' experience as a Heating or AC engineer is advantageous.
Support procurement processes on successful tenders.
Requirements:
You should have a good eye for detail.
Effective communicator written and verbally.
Keen interest in technical subjects and a strong willingness to learn.
Experience of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel would be a distinct advantage.
Previous experience is essential for this role. Candidates with two years’ experience who wishes to progress and build career shall be considered.
Education: A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
Estimating Experience: 4 years (preferred)

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
