Overview
We are seeking a part time estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of plumbing, heating, chilled water, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to understand the build up to pricing projects.
Duties
To review HVAC and mechanical tender packs including specifications and drawings, and to put together costs for issue.
To attend projects on few occasions to understand the build of the project to enable pricing.
We use a pricing package called ensign to assist the estimating.
We have our own pricing template and covering letter.
The role enables working from the office and from home.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HVAC and mechanical estimator.
