Floorspan Contracts is a specialist designer, manufacturer and installer of pre-cast concrete flooring components.
We are a growing, progressive company and due to ongoing expansion, we require an additional Trainee Estimator to join our passionate, dynamic team. This role can be based at our Wisbech Office.

Your role will be to:
- Under the guidance of the Estimating Team Leader, prepare estimates and designs for pre-Stressed concrete floors based on information provided by the customer and other third-party design professionals.
- With support, use design & pricing software to produce basic pre-cast concrete flooring designs and mark-ups.
- Liaise with construction professionals, contractors and customers during the estimating process regarding technical and practical points relevant to the project.
- Ensure that accurate and up-to-date project administration is adhered to at all times

- A construction or engineering related academic qualification - Desirable.
- AutoCAD experience - Advantageous.
- Previous experience of working in a Construction / Engineering office - Advantageous.
- Must live within a 25-mile radius of Wisbech and be able to commute to the office.
