Beyond that, we are passionate about our local community and, behind the scenes, we have a wide variety of opportunities and career paths for all. Your day-to-day

  • Deliver exceptional customer service - you'll seamlessly provide excellent front of house services through interacting with visitors in a proactive and enthusiastic manner
  • Be the go-to expert - you will demonstrate a good understanding of all tour products and experiences and areas of our stadium
  • Champion the effective use of multimedia - you'll confidently brief visitors on how to use our audio tour equipment and ensure the devices are maintained
  • Become an engaging tour leader - you will gain the ability to deliver guided tour experiences to large groups of visitors
  • Assist the team with the wider tour portfolio - you'll be eager to support the team with the delivery of our specialist tour experiences such as VIP, match-day and legend tours
  • Upsell related products and offerings - you'll utilise your excellent rapport building skills to proactively highlight opportunities for visitors to purchase guidebooks and souvenirs
  • Act as a proud ambassador for our club - you'll take pride in upholding uniform excellence and maintaining high standards of health, safety and security

What we are looking for

  • Background in a customer-facing environment - you've worked at a visitor attraction or in a front line customer-facing role
  • Passion for exceptional customer service - you thrive when you're delivering amazing experiences for visitors
  • Excellent communicator - you've got a natural passion for providing an engaging service to visitors from all walks of life
  • Confident presentation skills - you are comfortable engaging with a variety of guests in a passionate way that's authentic to our brand and values
  • A thirst for knowledge - you're eager to develop expert level knowledge about the legacy and history of our club
  • Flexibility - you're a reliable individual who is able to work flexibly across the week, including evenings, weekends and during peak holiday periods

You must be 18 years of age or older by Monday 15th September 2025 in order to apply for these positions.
