Key Responsibilities
- Lead private and tailored walking tours for small groups
- Share engaging stories and insights into Belfast’s history, landmarks, and culture
- Adjust experiences to suit the interests of each group
- Ensure a safe, smooth, and enjoyable tour for all participants
- Provide excellent customer service and handle any guest questions
Basic Requirements
- Lived in Belfast for at least 1 year
- Fluent in at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, English, Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese
- Open to hosting a variety of tours ranging from 3 to 8 hours
- Passionate about food is a plus — we also offer culinary tours
- Previous guiding or hospitality experience is a bonus but not required
