A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Tenancy Sustainment Officer to join our Association. The Tenancy Sustainment Officer will be based in our offices in Cheshire East North.

Purpose of the role
- To provide advice and assist service users to manage and sustain their tenancy in accordance with its terms enabling them to live independently.
- To carry out and report on property inspections reviewing inventory, fabric and health, safety and environmental hazards escalating to relevant parties where necessary and supporting action planning for improvement in accordance with policy and procedure.
- To uphold safeguarding procedures and maintain regular contact with ’at risk’ individuals ensuring concerns are reported to relevant managers, colleagues or statutory agencies.
